Cookie and Tracking Policy

This policy explains how Prosper Coach LLC ("Prosper Coach Academy," "we," "us") uses cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies ("tracking technologies") on coachesprosper.com and go.coachesprosper.com, and the choices you have. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
What tracking technologies are
A cookie is a small text file your browser stores on your device. A pixel or tag is a small piece of code, or an invisible image, that sends information about your visit to us or to a third party when a page or email loads. Local storage and session storage hold information in your browser in a way similar to a cookie. These technologies can be set by us ("first party") or by companies whose code we include on our sites ("third party"). Some last only for your visit; others stay until they expire or you delete them.
The ones we use
Strictly necessary
Needed for our sites to work: delivering pages securely, sending the forms you submit, finishing a purchase (a short-lived note in session storage that lets the confirmation page know your checkout went through), and remembering your opt-out choice. The checkout, provided by Commas, and Zoom, when you join a session, set their own cookies inside their own windows under their own policies.

These cookies are shared between coachesprosper.com and go.coachesprosper.com so your choices and attribution follow you between the two.
Analytics and performance
We use Google Tag Manager, provided by Google, to load measurement and advertising tags on our pages. As of the date at the top of this page, no analytics tags are active. When we add one (for example, Google Analytics), we will name it here.
Advertising and measurement
As of the date at the top of this page, no advertising tags are active on our sites. When we turn them on, they will come from the platforms we advertise on, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google (including YouTube), and TikTok, and we will update this list. Those tags record that you visited our sites, which pages you viewed, and if you completed an action such as registering or buying, and they may match that activity to your account on their platform using cookies, identifiers, or the hashed name and email address described above. The platforms use this to show you our ads on other sites and apps, to measure whether our ads led to a visit or a purchase, and to find people similar to our visitors. Under California law this is "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and under other state laws it is "targeted advertising." You may opt out as described below.
Email tracking
Our emails may contain a pixel that tells us whether the email was opened, and links that tell us whether they were clicked. Most email apps let you block remote images, which turns this off.
Your choices
Opt-out button. The button on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page turns off advertising sharing on the browser you use it in, across both of our sites, and deletes the hashed contact details stored there. Your choice is kept for 400 days or until you clear your cookies.
Global Privacy Control. We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal as a request to opt out of advertising tracking and of the sale or sharing of personal information collected on that browser. Learn how to turn it on at globalprivacycontrol.org.
Opt-out requests. Residents of states with privacy laws can also submit an opt-out request through our Privacy Rights Request form, which applies to our records as well as your browser. Our sites are aimed at people in the United States and do not show a cookie consent banner. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you can turn off advertising tags with the opt-out button or Global Privacy Control, and you may contact us to withdraw any consent.
Browser settings. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of our sites. Browser settings do not affect pixels that have already fired or data a third party already holds.
Platform opt-outs. The advertising platforms we use offer their own ad settings pages. Industry opt-out tools are available at optout.aboutads.info and youradchoices.com for the United States, youronlinechoices.eu for Europe, and youradchoices.ca for Canada.
Do Not Track. Browsers may offer a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no agreed standard for responding to it, so we respond to the Global Privacy Control signal instead.
Changes
We update this policy when the tracking technologies on our sites change. The date at the top shows the last revision.
