Prosper Coach Academy
Privacy Policy
Last updated October 16, 2026
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Prosper Coach LLC ("Prosper Coach Academy," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") thanks you for visiting the online and mobile resources we publish. This Privacy Policy (our "Privacy Statement") tells you whom we collect personal information from, what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and why, what we do to protect it, and the choices you have.
It covers coachesprosper.com and go.coachesprosper.com and any successor or related domains, our free live training on Zoom, our email and text message programs, and the programs and products we sell. It applies to all Prosper Coach LLC entities and affiliated companies. Unless we say otherwise, references to Prosper Coach LLC include its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any domains or other online property, current or future, that we operate.
We use the words "you" and "your" to mean you, the reader, and other visitors to our online and mobile resources. Our sites and programs are intended for adults in the United States who are 18 or older.
We collect, use, and are responsible for some personal information about you. When we do so, we are subject to the laws of the United States and, where they apply to us, to the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") in the European Economic Area and the UK GDPR in the United Kingdom, acting as the "data controller" for purposes of those laws.

By accessing or using any of our websites, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Who we collect personal information from
We may collect personal information from these groups: visitors to and users of our online and mobile resources, including people who register for our free training or join our waiting list; our customers; current members of our workforce and people who apply for jobs with us; and vendors and business partners.
Personal information generally means information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you, such as your name, address, telephone number, or email address. Some privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and the GDPR, define it to include more. Where those laws apply to us, our use of the phrase "personal information" includes everything they require.
The same person can fall into more than one group. Most of this policy covers visitors, users, and customers.
We also collect and keep the professional and employment-related information you would expect an employer to have about its current and former workforce and its job applicants. We give those people the notices the law requires and describe our use of their information in documents available to them. Where a third-party portal or app collects applicant information and passes it to us, that third party is usually responsible for giving notice.
When we buy goods and services or work with business partners, we collect the business contact information needed for those relationships. We use and share it to manage, administer, and perform our contracts and to share information about our products. Our contracts with those parties describe this in more detail.
3. What we collect
We get two kinds of information from you online: information you give us, and information collected automatically when you use our sites. If you do not want us to collect personal information, do not provide it. You can still read the public pages of our sites, though you will not be able to register for the training, join the waiting list, or buy a program.
Information you give us
- Free training registration. When you save a seat at our free live training, you give us your first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number, and your browser tells us your time zone. We register you for the session on Zoom and use your details to send your join link, reminders, and the replay by email and text message, and to contact you as described in the consent statement on the form.
- Waiting list. When you join our waiting list on coachesprosper.com, you give us your name and email address and, if you choose, a mobile number. We text that number only if you check the separate text message box.
- Purchases. Our checkout appears on our pages but is operated by our payment provider, Commas. Commas collects your payment details under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, what you bought, the amount, and a payment reference. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages and requests. When you email us, reply to a text, or submit a privacy request, we keep your contact details and what you send us and use them to respond and to handle your request. Depending on what you provide, we may reply by email, telephone, or text message.
- Coaching calls and community spaces. Our programs include live group coaching calls on Zoom. We may record calls so members can watch them later, and what you say or show on a call may appear in the recording. If a program includes a community space where members post messages, comments, or files, what you post there is visible to other members and is not covered by this policy.
- Surveys, reviews, and testimonials. If you answer a survey or send us a review or testimonial, we keep your answers and, with your permission, may publish your feedback as described in our Terms of Use.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our sites, basic information is collected through your browser using cookies and similar technologies. A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer or mobile device that lets a site recognize your device and remember some of your preferences or past actions. Our Cookie and Tracking Policy lists the ones we use.
- Device and usage information. The IP address and domain you visit from, your browser and operating system, the date, time, and length of your visit, the pages you view, and the links you followed to reach us or to leave.
- Approximate location. Your country, region, and time zone, worked out from your IP address. We use it to set the right country for your phone number and to show session times in your time zone. We do not collect the precise location of your device.
- Advertising and attribution information. The campaign tags and ad click identifiers in the link that brought you to us, a visitor ID held in our own first-party cookie, and, when our advertising tags are active, the cookies those advertising platforms set.
- Hashed contact details. When you submit a form, your browser turns your name and email address into a one-way code (a SHA-256 hash) and keeps it for 14 days, so advertising platforms can tell whether an ad led to a registration or a purchase without receiving the plain values. Your phone number is never included. Nothing is hashed or kept once you have opted out of sharing.
- Training attendance. Zoom tells us if you joined a session and for how long, and when you watch a replay on our site, we record how much of it you watched.
- Email and text activity. Our email and text message providers tell us whether a message was delivered, opened, or clicked, and whether it bounced or was marked as spam.
We use this information to compile reports about how our sites are used, to see which ads and links bring people to us, to fix problems, and to make our sites and programs work better, including, where our forms support it, filling in details you have already given us so you do not have to type them again.
4. How we use personal information
- To register you for the training, deliver the programs and products you buy, and manage your access to them.
- To send the emails and text messages you asked for, such as join links, reminders, replays, and receipts.
- To send marketing emails and texts about our programs and offers where you have agreed to receive them. You can stop these at any time (see "Your rights and choices").
- To answer your questions, provide customer support, and handle privacy requests.
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and keep our sites secure.
- To measure and improve our sites, emails, training, and programs.
- To run and measure our advertising, as described in "When and with whom we share personal information."
- To comply with the law, enforce our Terms of Use, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
By using our online and mobile resources or buying our products or services, you agree that we may use and disclose your information as this policy describes.
5. Text message program (SMS) privacy
Prosper Coach LLC and its affiliates offer a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), described in our SMS Terms. This section is our SMS Privacy Policy. It applies to the Program, and by opting in to or participating in the Program, you consent to it.
We respect your privacy. No mobile opt-in information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We will use information you provide us, which includes your phone number and any other personal information you provide (such as name, email, or address), to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you. This includes sharing your information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the preparation and delivery of mobile messages, such as our SMS platform provider, SlickText. We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
When you complete forms online or otherwise provide us information in connection with the Program, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information. You agree not to use a false or misleading name or a name that you are not authorized to use. If, in our sole discretion, we believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or that you have opted in to the Program for an ulterior purpose, we may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.
Where this section is more protective of your mobile information than any other part of this Privacy Policy, this section controls.
7. External sites, apps, links, and social media
We keep a presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, and parts of our sites may connect to or be viewable from those pages. Our sites and emails may also link to websites or apps run by others.
We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of social media platforms or of any third-party site or app we link to. They have their own privacy policies and terms of use. If you have questions about how they collect and use personal information, read their privacy policies and contact them using the information they provide.
8. How long we keep personal information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy and for five years after your last interaction with us, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer (tax and payment records, for example). Records of the consent you gave to receive emails and texts are kept for the same period so we can show what you agreed to. Records of privacy requests are kept for at least 24 months, as California law requires. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
9. Your rights and choices
You do not have to give us personal information to read most of our sites. You can also stop the messages we send:
- Email. Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any text. Our SMS Terms list the other words that work.
- Advertising. Use the button on our Do Not Sell or Share page or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
When we receive an opt-out, we take reasonable steps to remove you from the list it applies to. It can take a short time to take effect, so a message already on its way may still reach you. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information by using our Privacy Rights Request form or by emailing support@coachesprosper.com.
Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" setting. There is no agreed standard for responding to it, so we do not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information collected from the browser that sends it.
Residents of California, of other U.S. states with privacy laws, and of the GDPR Jurisdictions have more rights, described below.
10. Children's privacy
Federal law places special restrictions on websites that collect personal information from children under 13. Our sites and programs are for adults, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Children under 13 should not use our sites at all. If we learn that someone under 18 has given us personal information, we will delete it and will not use it for any purpose. If you believe this has happened, please contact us at support@coachesprosper.com. We encourage parents and guardians to talk with their children about the risks of sharing personal information online.
11. How we protect personal information
We take reasonable precautions to protect the personal information you give us, using technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards suited to the size of our business and the kind of information we hold. Information travels to and from our sites over encrypted connections, and our hosting and database providers encrypt the data they store for us. We limit access to personal information to the people who need it for their work, and we use the access controls our service providers offer.
No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that your information will never be accessed, lost, misused, or changed without permission. Except for our duty to maintain reasonable security under applicable law, we disclaim liability for any such theft, loss, unauthorized access, damage, or interception of data or communications. If we learn of a security incident that affects your personal information, we will investigate it and notify you and the authorities where the law requires.
12. California privacy rights
When we collect personal information from California residents, those residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"). This section explains how we meet our CCPA obligations and what your CCPA rights are. In this section, "you" and "your" mean California residents only.
What we collect, where it comes from, and who receives it
In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information below. We collect them from you, from your device, and from the service providers listed above (Zoom tells us about attendance, for example, and Whop tells us about purchases). We use them for the purposes in "How we use personal information," which include the business purposes the CCPA allows: providing our services, security and fraud prevention, debugging, short-term transient use, advertising and marketing, quality and safety, and internal research to improve our services.

We do not collect sensitive personal information as the CCPA defines it, such as government ID numbers, account log-ins with passwords, precise geolocation, or full payment card numbers (those go directly to Commas). We have not sold personal information for money in the past 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We keep each category for the period in "How long we keep personal information."
Your rights
You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it; to access it in a portable format; to correct inaccurate personal information; to delete personal information we collected from you, subject to the exceptions in the law; to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; to limit our use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to the purposes the CCPA regulations permit; and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. Our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page explains how to opt out and how to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out request for the browser that sends it. If you exercise these rights, we will not treat you differently from other California residents who use our sites or buy our programs.
How to make a request
Use our Privacy Rights Request form or email support@coachesprosper.com. You may make a request to know up to two times in any 12 months. For requests to know, correct, or delete, the CCPA allows us to act only if we can verify your identity or your authority to make the request, so we will email you with the next step. We verify by matching details we already hold, and we do not ask for a government ID unless the request involves sensitive information. Opt-out requests do not require verification. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission, and we may confirm the request with you directly. If we deny a request, we will explain why, and you may ask us to reconsider by replying to our response.
We confirm receipt of a request to know, correct, or delete within 10 business days and respond within 45 days, which we may extend once by another 45 days with notice to you. We honor opt-out requests within 15 business days.
We do not offer financial incentives or price differences in exchange for personal information.
13. Privacy rights in other U.S. states
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Minnesota, Oregon, Texas, Virginia, and others, have comparable rights: to confirm whether we process their personal data and to access it; to correct and delete it; to get a portable copy; to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects; and to appeal a decision we make about a request. Minnesota residents may also ask for a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed their personal data. Use the request methods described above. We do not use personal data for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or by choosing "Appeal a decision on a previous request" on our Privacy Rights Request form. We will respond to an appeal within the time your state's law allows (45 or 60 days, depending on the state) and tell you how to contact your state attorney general if you disagree with the outcome.
14. Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Our sites are aimed at people in the United States. This section applies to personal information collected from you while you were in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland (the "GDPR Jurisdictions"). The United Kingdom has left the European Union and has its own version of the GDPR (the "UK GDPR"), and Switzerland has its Federal Act on Data Protection. In this section, "you" and "your" mean visitors and users while they were in a GDPR Jurisdiction.
We fulfill our GDPR obligations to our workforce and job applicants, our customers, and our vendors and business partners through separate notices, contracts, or terms given to them at the time and in the form the law requires.
What we collect and the legal bases we rely on. We collect the categories of personal information described above. We rely on these legal bases: performance of a contract, to deliver what you registered for or bought; your consent, for marketing emails and texts and for non-essential cookies, where the law requires consent; our legitimate interests in running, securing, measuring, improving, and marketing our sites, training, and programs, where your rights do not override those interests; and compliance with our legal obligations. Whether we sell or share personal information is stated in the section on sharing above. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
International transfers. We are based in the United States, and our service providers process personal information in the United States. When we transfer personal information from the GDPR Jurisdictions to a country that the European Commission has not found to have adequate protections, we do so in a way the GDPR permits, such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (where the recipient participates in it) or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights. You have the right to be informed about how we use your personal information; to access it; to correct it; to have it deleted; to restrict or object to our use of it, including for direct marketing; to receive a portable copy; and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before you withdrew it. To use these rights, email support@coachesprosper.com or use our Privacy Rights Request form. These rights are subject to the conditions and exemptions in Articles 12 through 23 of the GDPR, including our right to decline a request if we cannot resolve reasonable doubts about your identity. We respond without undue delay and within the time the GDPR requires. If you are not satisfied with how we use your personal information or respond to your requests, you have the right to complain to your data protection authority. The European Data Protection Board lists them at edpb.europa.eu.
15. Other jurisdictions
In other jurisdictions with similar data privacy laws, we may collect the categories of personal information already described, and we collect and manage (including disclose) that data in compliance with applicable local law. Whether we sell or share personal information is stated in the section on sharing above. We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
16. Notice at collection
This is the notice at collection that our forms link to.
Prosper Coach LLC collects the information you enter on our forms (such as your name, email address, and phone number) and information about your device and how you use our sites (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the ads or links that brought you here). We use it to deliver what you asked for, to communicate with you, to improve and secure our sites, to measure and run our advertising, and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. We keep this information for as long as needed for those purposes and for five years after your last interaction with us, unless a longer period is required by law. We do not collect sensitive personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. When our advertising tags are active, we share identifiers and site activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law treats as sharing. You can opt out on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
17. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy was last updated on October 16, 2026 and is effective as of that date. The English version of this policy is the controlling version regardless of any translation.
We may change or update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and if a change is material, we will tell you by email or with a notice on our sites before it takes effect. Please check this page periodically. Information we collected before a change is handled under the policy in place when we collected it, unless you agree otherwise.
