Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated October 16, 2026
This page explains how to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information by Prosper Coach LLC ("Prosper Coach Academy," "we," "us"), and how to limit our use of sensitive personal information. It is written to meet the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), and the comparable opt-out rights in other U.S. state privacy laws, including the rights to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. You may use this page regardless of which state you live in. Our full practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Opt out on this browser
Turning this on stops our advertising tags from sharing your activity on this browser, on coachesprosper.com and go.coachesprosper.com, and deletes the hashed contact details stored here.
This applies to this browser only. To opt out for your records with us as well, use our Privacy Rights Request form.
What "sale" and "sharing" mean
Under the CCPA, "selling" means disclosing personal information to a third party for money or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" means disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, whether or not money changes hands. Placing an advertising pixel, tag, or software development kit on our website that sends your activity, identifiers, or hashed contact details to an advertising platform, so that platform can show you ads elsewhere, is "sharing" even though we are not paid for it.
We do not sell personal information for money. When our advertising tags are active, we share identifiers and site activity with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising, which California law treats as sharing.
The categories of personal information that may be shared, and the categories of third parties that receive them, are listed in the California privacy rights section of our Privacy Policy.
How to opt out
You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information in any of these ways:
- Online form. Submit a request on our Privacy Rights Request form and choose "Opt out of the sale or sharing of my personal information." We do not require you to create an account or verify your identity to opt out, though we may ask for enough information to find your records and to confirm the request is not fraudulent.
- Browser signal. We treat the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal, and any other opt-out preference signal recognized under applicable state law, as a valid request to opt out of sale and sharing for the browser or device that sends it. If we can associate the signal with you, we apply it to your records as well. Learn how to turn on GPC at globalprivacycontrol.org.
- The button on this page. The opt-out button above stops the sharing that happens through our advertising tags on this browser. See our Cookie and Tracking Policy for details.
- Email. Write to support@coachesprosper.com with the subject line "Opt out of sale or sharing."
We will honor an opt-out request within 15 business days and will instruct any third party to whom we sold or shared your personal information in the 90 days before your request to stop further sale or sharing of it. Opt-out requests made through a browser signal or the button on this page apply only to that browser or device unless we can link them to you.
After you opt out, we will wait at least 12 months before asking you to opt back in.
Limit the use of my sensitive personal information
Sensitive personal information includes government identification numbers, account log-in credentials together with any means of access, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, union membership, the contents of private messages, genetic data, biometric data processed to identify you, health information, and information about sex life or sexual orientation. We do not collect sensitive personal information. If we ever use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose other than those the CCPA regulations permit, you may direct us to limit that use through the same request methods listed above by choosing "Limit the use of my sensitive personal information."
Authorized agents
You may designate another person or business to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide written permission signed by you, and we may ask you to confirm directly with us that you gave that permission.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, provide a different level of quality, or retaliate against you in any way for exercising these rights. If we ever offer a financial incentive, or a price or service difference, tied to the collection, retention, sale, or sharing of personal information, we will describe its material terms and get your opt-in consent first, and you may withdraw that consent at any time.
Minors
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. If we learn that we have done so without the opt-in consent the law requires, we will stop and delete the information.
Other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to access it in a portable format, to correct it, to delete it, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. Submit those requests on our Privacy Rights Request form or by email to support@coachesprosper.com. Our Privacy Policy describes these rights, our verification process, and our response times.
