Education and training

Prosper Coach LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliated brands (collectively, "Prosper Coach Academy," the "Company," "we," "our," "us") is a direct-to-consumer coaching education and training company. We do not sell a business opportunity, "get rich quick" program, or money-making system. We believe that, with education, people can be better prepared to start and grow a coaching business, but we do not and cannot guarantee success. We do not make earnings claims, effort claims, return-on-investment claims, or claims that our training will make you any money. Our training generally combines education, live coaching, and tools and resources. All material is intellectual property protected by copyright, and any duplication, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Examples, case studies, and hypothetical scenarios

The Company makes no representation about the likelihood or probability that any actual or hypothetical business activity based on our training will achieve a particular outcome or perform in any predictable way. Any figures in the Company's presentations and materials, including the founders' own results, do not represent the experience of any particular client. Past results do not guarantee future success, and results in any period may be far above or below those of a previous period. No representation is made that anyone will or is likely to achieve results like those described, or that losses will be avoided. Building a business involves risk, and you could lose money. Examples and hypothetical scenarios in the Company's presentations and materials may include information compiled from third-party sources. The Company believes that information comes from reliable sources but does not guarantee its accuracy.

Paying with credit or financing

The Company is not a lender, does not issue credit, and is not a credit counselor. If you pay for a program with a credit card, a buy-now-pay-later service, or other borrowed money, that credit is provided by an independent company that is not affiliated with the Company, and the Company receives no referral fee or other compensation from it. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, or content of those independent companies. Using borrowed money at high interest rates or on unfavorable terms to pay for training, or for any other product or service, can significantly reduce any benefit you receive and may cause you to lose more money than you invested. You should carefully consider your own financial situation, objectives, and risks before borrowing to pay for training. If you cannot make the required payments to your card issuer or lender, you may incur more fees and risk damage to your credit.

Customer satisfaction surveys and testimonials

To keep improving our customers' experience, we may survey customers. It is difficult to track who puts the training into practice and who completes it. Some customers take the training for education only and do not buy further training, but may be included in satisfaction survey results.

Testimonials and reviews are the individual experiences and personal opinions of people who bought our education and training. Individual results will vary, and testimonials and reviews may not be typical. Results depend on each customer's individual effort, time, and skill, as well as unknown conditions and other factors. The Company does not track customers' monetary results. Where we publish survey results, they measure customers' views of the value of the education, training, and support and their overall satisfaction, and we state the period and the products they cover.

You may be asked to complete a satisfaction survey. By completing a survey, you confirm that your answers accurately represent your experience and that you have not received any financial incentive to give positive feedback. You also give the Company permission to publish your feedback and comments, in aggregate, on the Company's websites and materials and on online review sites. We respect your privacy and will not publish personally identifiable information without your permission.

Third parties

The Company may link to or refer to content or services created or provided by third parties that are not affiliated with the Company. The Company is not responsible for that content and does not endorse or approve it. It may come with terms and conditions, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, or other provisions that differ from those that apply to the Company and its products and services. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the accuracy, reliability, or opinions in that content. If you decide to use it or to use their products or services, you do so at your own risk.

The Company may provide services through, or refer you to, third-party businesses, and some of those businesses may have common interests or ownership with the Company. Their terms and conditions, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, and other provisions are separate from your customer relationship with the Company.

Third-party company names, logos, and products are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their use does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement of, or sponsorship of the Company.
